The most common hay-buying questions, answered.
What type of hay is available?
A complete list of our hay and straw offerings, along with descriptions, can be found on Hay Sales. We also have some tips on hay selection, and reasons why you should consider Arizona hay as your forage selection.
What size are your bales?
We shoot for 100 pound bales, so that’s our average weight. Of course, there’s always a little variance, which means bales might range from 90 to 110 pounds. We usually have heavier bales in stock as well, averaging 120 pounds.
Do you deliver?
We specialize in wholesale truckloads. If you would like assistance in setting up shipping with a truck, we may be able to help. Many customers locate and book their own trucks, but be sure to let us know if you would like for us to arrange trucking.
Do you ship hay?
Sure do. It’s actually the largest part of our business. We have several customers across the United States we arrange truck deliveries with weekly. We usually ask you to secure a truck, but we can help out with that if you need it. Need a local semi delivery? We’ll arrange it for you.
What are your hay prices?
As much as we’d like to have prices readily available for you here, they just change too often, and always depend on the size of your purchase and hay quality you choose. We usually have three different quality and price points for you to choose from, and will decide at the time of purchase whether your sale will be made at a bale rate, or tonnage price.
